My work at JBSEEL drives client-level impact by architecting and deploying innovative, technology-enabled learning solutions that solve complex business challenges and achieve measurable outcomes, most notably consistent participant feedback of 4.8/5 and over.

I pioneered the integration of Virtual Reality into the programmes and am driving the exploration of AI, creating a retrieval augmented generation (RAG) system to leverage proprietary knowledge with generative AI.
